The HIV Testing Sites & Care Services Locator is a first-of-its-kind, location-based search tool that allows you to search for testing services, housing providers, health centers and other service providers near your current location.

General Information

Our mission is to provide comprehensive care and support to individuals living with HIV, prevent new HIV infections, and reduce the stigma associated with HIV/AIDS.

Our services are available to anyone living with or at risk of HIV, regardless of age, gender, sexual orientation, or socioeconomic status.

We offer a wide range of services including medical care, mental health counseling, case management, housing assistance, legal services, and support groups.

Many of our services are free or offered on a sliding scale fee based on income. We also accept insurance and work with other agencies to provide financial assistance.

We welcome volunteers to assist with various programs and appreciate donations to support our mission. Please visit our website or contact our volunteer/donor coordinator for more information.

HIV Prevention

HIV can be prevented through consistent condom use, getting tested regularly, taking PrEP (pre-exposure prophylaxis), and accessing treatment if you are HIV-positive.
PrEP is a medication that can prevent HIV infection when taken as prescribed. It is highly effective when used consistently.
PEP is a medication that can prevent HIV infection when taken within 72 hours of possible exposure to the virus.
You can get tested for HIV at our clinic, your local health department, or many community-based organizations.
If you test positive for HIV, it's important to seek immediate medical care. Our organization can provide support, connect you to treatment, and help you develop a care plan.

HIV Treatment and Care

HIV treatment involves taking antiretroviral medication daily. With consistent treatment, people living with HIV can achieve an undetectable viral load and live long, healthy lives.
Side effects vary from person to person, but they are often manageable. Our healthcare providers can help you address any side effects you experience.
Our team can help you develop a comprehensive care plan to manage HIV and other health conditions, such as diabetes, heart disease, or mental health issues.
Living with HIV can be stressful and impact mental health. Our organization offers mental health services to help you cope and thrive.
Yes, we offer support groups as a safe space for people living with HIV to connect with others and share experiences.

Stigma and Discrimination

Our organization offers counseling and support groups to help you manage the challenges of stigma. We can also connect you with other individuals living with HIV for peer support.
You have the right to confidentiality, employment protection, and equal access to housing and healthcare. Our legal services can help protect your rights.
You can help by educating others about HIV, challenging negative stereotypes, and supporting organizations working to end stigma.

Support Services

Yes, we provide housing assistance through various programs, including rapid rehousing, permanent supportive housing, and rental assistance.
We offer financial assistance for basic needs such as food, utilities, and transportation. We can also help with emergency financial assistance in case of crisis.
We offer transportation assistance to medical appointments, support groups, and other essential destinations.
Yes, our legal services team can provide assistance with housing, immigration, and other legal issues.
We offer specialized programs and services for young people living with HIV, including counseling, education, and support groups.
