How We Serve those Who Serve

Our Services for Organizations

The Collaborative Research Foundation is dedicated to redefining the conventional HIV service delivery model through the strategic use of data and technology to significantly improve HIV prevention and care outcomes. By employing data-driven and technology-enhanced methods, we aim to create more efficient, targeted, and impactful interventions.

To achieve this, we propose a systematic approach that involves conducting a thorough community scan to identify and assess existing variables. Often, barriers to care faced by clients remain unaddressed, leading them to focus more on overcoming these obstacles rather than prioritizing their health. With two decades of experience supporting clients across the nation, we have observed that many challenges can be traced back to a common underlying issue. Our innovative approach seeks to eliminate the subjective interpretation of clients’ needs. Instead, we harness local data to develop customized care plans that are driven by technology.

This methodology ensures that care is both personalized and efficient, aligning with the specific needs of each community.

"We never have to guess when we use data…it creates a vision of where we are going"

– Andrew McCracken, PhD – Director of Data Analytics
